Which thing? Console/buckets came in it. 2008 was last yr you could get reg cab prerunner 5spd with them. After that was benches except for 4wd....as far as reg cabs.

 

Did you buy the 2012 and up steering wheel new, or were you able to find a used one?

 

Nice truck 14rc. You have the lift height I'm looking for. Why didn't you use bilsteins for the rear shocks and how did your alignment come out?

My father in law and I have the same truck and color, but his is a 2011 and mines a '12. I noticed that his has the gray carpet. I would've stained the shit out of that if mine had it.

 

My previous vehicle I bought brand new and totally neglected the interior. Seats were stained, carpet stank, cigarette burns everywhere (I quit about 2 years ago ), and it wasn't pretty to look at. When I bought my truck, which I've wanted since '05, I told myself that I'd keep it as long as I could and in the best shape..I had a set of seat covers before I got the truck from the dealership.

 

I scored a 2012 wheel real cheap but it didn't have the rear cover on it and you can't buy that part separately so I bid on a complete 2013 wheel (minus airbag) on ebay and got it for 125. Scored the airbag/cover off alibaba for 150 and then the black ornaments online for 60. I don't have steering wheel controls, didn't want them now and the controls are silver, don't want more silver. Used clockspring and cruise control from original wheel. So I ended up with an extra 2012 wheel in good shape with steering wheel controls, basically whole wheel minus airbag and rr cover as well as my 08 complete wheel/airbag but got what I wanted. This wheel fits your hands so much better than the other and has perfed to go with dash and the cool handhold spots at 10 and 2. Went right on and everything plugged right in, no customization needed.

Hint, hint - ALERT............anyone with 2012 up that has the plain textured wheel can swap their stuff onto the extra wheel I have that has the perforated texture sections on the left and right. Here is what I mean.............

Didn't really notice they came differently until I got one. Thought the difference was leather and urethane only but seems there are 2 different versions of the urethane wheel.

 

I've never noticed the different grips..

 

I knew I would too so the blackout started and is still in progress, lol. Actually it started with the 05 AC and migrated to 08 RC.....WO's, WT's, armrests, window cranks, storage bins, black w/gray button face swap on the 6 disc, kept my 05 black console cupholder piece when trading it in for the 08, console lid cover, base model AC vent radio surround dash piece, etc etc etc......now I need the carpet. Probably leaving center console gray.

 

That sounds like a lot of work...lol
