Yessir I weld pipe for a living...I'm plumber by trade but do a bit of 4x4 fabrication on the side mostly on jeeps starting a roll cage on a rebuilt CJ tomorrow thing is beautiful. I will be expanding my offroad fabrication as soon as I get my own garage!

Hell yeah man. I tried buying some 35s this weekend off a guy on gass of ma but he stopped responding to his for sale post. Been on the hunt for a while now for used but might have to bite the bullet and go new

So I've had my stock 2013 2.7 for about 6 months now and went upgrade heavy shopping the last week or so. Anyone put the BP-51 on a reg cab yet? Thanks

Yea I was hoping so. Read a lot of "it's too stiff" reviews on here so was kinda worried bc already pulled the trigger on it

Yea all four with resi, dakar and the free SP UCA from ok4wd. I'm not real sure what that entails. Are the angles too off for it once lifted? I will definitely take pics and try to start a build thread

I haven't quite figured out about the diff drop or sway bar yet. I'm not doing anything crazy with it. Just Texas washboard gravel roads for hunting and such. Have bumpers on the way but only 85 lbs front and rear..each

I'm running 884's and am at 2 3/4" higher. I ran the diff drop for a while then took it out.
Some say the diff isn't lubricated properly because of the slant. Unlike the first gens it doesn't drop straight down. It tilts.
You may already know all that. I don't think it matters much either way. I like how fewer cv boot fins(?) touch with the diff drop.

Yea I've seen the back and forth on the diff drop. Most say not necessary but good for CVs from what I've gathered. Ill prob check out the CV angles after the lift and go from there

    Yep.
What bumpers did you find that are that light? The lightest one I've found is the CBI Dakar Rally Hybrid and it's 90lbs.

Can't wait to see the BP-51's installed!

The Pelfreybilt aluminum with center hoop is 65 lbs and their standard rear bumber is 85lbs. Figured it'd be a nice distribution of weight..but man it hurt in checkout
