Super stoked! Can't wait to get them in and past the break in period and then see what the truck can really do!

Well I found my clanking noise. The new flatbed is way lighter, so the truck sits higher. That pulls the slip joint in the drive shaft too far oug, and causes it to flop side to side. That causes the u joints to clunk because they are no longer on center. Ordered a 1.5 inch driveline spacer from trail gear with grade 8 hardware. Will pull shaft apart and regrease on install...should solve the problem.

4.88s are in! Just got back from the first Drive...night and day!
I bought the tool role directly from Them www.atlas46.com seems like it's pretty good quality...my socket set case was really driving me up a wall and so far it seems to be a decent product!

For the record, lots of toyota switches work with the Tacoma. For example, my switch was from a 2012 tundra (looks exactly like the one above). The one in my girlfriends 09 corolla is the same switch that I pulled out of my tacoma (no intermit). Look around and you can find pretty good deals on one. I think I paid around $40 for mine.

I got mine out of a 08 camry for 5 bucks at a junk yard, then took the old switch back and said it was the wrong one..(technically, it was the wrong one, they should have never been installed), got my money back.

The front diff is a wicked pain (probably only because I did it by myself) and I ended up having to cut the head off one of the bolts that connect the clamshell to the ADD tube. The rear it's simple and quick probably took me an hour and half not including the rtv dry time

I got the CEL P2440, SAIC valve stuck open :-/
I did a bit of reading and found the Hewitt Tech bypass for $259. Cheaper option for 2.7 is actually just change the valve.

    25710-75015 Air Switch Valve
    25717-75010 Pipe Gasket (2)

Also found out Dorman 306-010 makes a great $100 replacement for the pump, if that ever goes.

Also ordered the Uni 1” filter so I can remove the foam in the pump that causes so many failures.
