A few months in update. I wheeled pretty hard at URE a few times with this setup.

Surprisingly I did not have any rubbing at CMC or fenders/flares.

My unproven theory is that my suspension is not compressing fully, therefor no "stuffing" of the tire is occurring. I don't know why, because it should be fully compressing. One unscientific flex test I did I still have plenty of room before the tire came close to the top of the wheel well. Maybe my truck is too light? Maybe my preload is set too high and travel is limited? :notsure:

They're ICON 2.5 extended travels with a reasonable amount of preload. Enough to lift the front 2-2.5".

I do, however, have rubbing on the frame behind the LCA, and on the backside of the LCA themselves. Not enough to feel or hear it scrub, but enough to take some paint off the steel. 16x7" stock steelies with no spacers.

I think I might do another test when I get home tonight and really try to get in 3-wheeling. That'll tell me if the front is compressing or not.

Now is the time to CMC since BAMF has their plates for $12.99!

    http://bayareametalfab.3dcartstores.com/CMC-Cab-Mount-Chop-Brackets_p_15.html

Edit: Suspension compresses fine in the front... IDK why I don't rub!

The front should flex. I think for me, it didn't unless I was nose down. If I drove forward up my mound it didn't flex as much, if I backed up, it did flex. See above post for pics.

Nice pics btw. Very clean truck!

Im running 285/75r16 (33") KM2. Should give you an idea of what the KM3 will look like for you.

20181119_110938.jpg thanks man! Yours too, it does flex a little bit but, you know how it is. Always could be more. Now that I have the rear all done its definitely way better. The full RXT pack is nice, starting to break in now

I heard no. At least the doors do not have the wiring harness, but to the doors might? Toyota is notorious for including wiring looms.

The loom plug is not there either in the kick panel, nor are the wires in the plug on the back of the body computer, it's just blanks. That's one of the things I check when cleaning all my electrical after my trucks swim meet.

Dang. I found the empty sensor hookup for the temp sensor and that got me thinking.

The new leaf springs finally are feel broken in and ride a lot softer, the 2.5" shocks are pretty great hitting stuff on the road like cattle guards and speed bumps, great for decent speed trails. The suspension as a whole feels smooth at speed and when going slow on more technical stuff it's more firm. The leafs added a lot of travel to my rear and I'm really looking forward to how itll perform after a shackle flip kit from archive. They are however squeaky, which I find tolerable but some might not. Also I'm gonna rub like a mother fucker once I add 33's (yeah I know that rock isn't very big. Small tires+small truck = small rocks)

Yeah, I went from 285's to 305's and I get some rubbing. I wanted to go 33x12.5 and now I'm really glad I didn't. The 305's look plenty wide. I still want to adjust my UCA's to see if I can reduce the rubbing but that will have to wait until we get nicer weather.

lol I know. It's a wrap, it actually laid down nice, we did it in a day. his truck got hit bad on the drivers side so we replaced the doors and fenders but he didn't have the funds to get it painted so he got wrap, why camo? I have no clue, i was suggesting cement grey or a nice blue or something but to each their own I guess
