Putting my original bed back on this Sunday! So excited!

 

these little trucks make little tires look bigger and I'm not complaining. Next set will have to be a true 35x12.5r17. If you are thinking about the km3's get them, best tire I've ever had

(After measuring rear end with another 2nd gen with a 2" block, I confirmed the rear is 3" on the lightest setting on these Icon RXT leaf springs)

 

New(to me) 2012 Tacoma Rc 4x4 owner here, been lurking for a while trying to learn all I could before I found the right tacoma. Settled for an auto, but am actually quite happy with the way it drives. This is my 3rd rc, had a 1992 pickup, and a 1997 tacoma. Love these trucks and looking forward to doing some minor mods. New 235/85/16 Grabber ATX, cheesy running board removal, and tweeter/speaker upgrade done this week. If I can figure it out I will try and get some pics posted.

 

Hey can someone take a picture of the screws that hold the tail lights in ? I forgot what they look like and I have a huge bucket of leftover toyota bolts in front of me.

Havent posted anything on here since I have gotten everhthing put on. But here we are!

 

Love my '96 regular cab. But damn those 2nd gens are sweet. Nice truck.

How you like those tires?? Also, love the big live oaks in the picture.

 

Tool box is a cam-locker, luckily it was on there when i purchased the truck.

 

Going from stock 245's to these 285's with the runner wheels added a good bit of weight and slowed me down some but as far as the tires go i love them, they are quiet on the high way but they dont feel soft. Quality tire!

 

Back to original. Let the bed mods begin!!!

 

Does anyone know what length drive shaft spacer Ishould order if I have about 1.5 inches of lift in the rear?

 

I have maybe 3 inches in the rear and don’t run any spacers



Should I?

 

2012 4 banger, manual, 4 wheel drive, wind up windows and no cruise control, unpleasant bench seat and cranky piano wire clutch, got the wheels for $100 on craigslist

 

I just have that bad vibration on deceleration and mine is 5 speed. From what i read on here, a drive shaft spacer will fix the problems i have, i believe.
