I don’t have vibes but a nasty rattle when decelerating. Have new ujoints on order, hoping that will fix it.

What that means is the point of engagement was the worse clutch I ever encounter, started driving in 1963. It wasn't progressive it was a very sharp point of contact/engagement. Lived with it for 90,000 miles and happily got rid of it. Oh, and the drive shaft went out at around 75,000 miles, that too did not endear me to this particular vehicle.

What do you mean "went out"....it's literally made of nothing but steel. How can it "go out"? Change the u joints and it should last the life of the vehicle

I have to agree with Scaramouche. I’m 42 and have never owned an automatic. I’ve driven old Three speeds on the column, old four speeds. I’ve had a couple Mustangs with Stage 2 clutches with quick release quadrants. The Taco’s five speed is the “clunkiest” clutch/tranny combo I’ve experienced.
It’s still not a big deal. I can drive it super smoothly like any other manual. It just requires a little thought where as other manuals I drive smoothly without thinking about it.
There was also a bad batch of clutches in some 2.7’s. There was a recall. In the same year there were clutches from Aisin and Luk. The Luk clutches were the bad ones. I’m afraid I have the Luk clutch. I haven’t experienced any slippage yet, but it makes a lot of noise. Also I drove Millertime’s truck which is the same year and model. His clutch was way smoother than mine. My truck only has 20,000 miles. I expect the clutch to go at around 50,000-75,000 miles. When that happens In 15 years or so from now I’ll replace it.
My clutch makes noise inside and out.
It has a really loud creaking sound inside and and a squeaking side outside. I tried to post vids but something’s not working.

Unfortunately this is normal for Tacoma manuals. I don't always hear it, but most of the time it's there. I don't think I've found a solid reliable fix for it.

Other than that I have zero complaints about my 2011 5spd. It is such a joy to drive!

No I wasn’t aware! Where would I get one? I think I like not having cruise though, makes sure you pay attention I guess. But thanks!

A little of this and a little of that.
I ordered a cruise control from Rostra. My ‘13 Regular cab wasn’t pre-wired, but the kit had everything needed and it works great.

I had an interesting weekend wheeling. 8 miles of off roading, all down hill. Pretty Damn Rocky and steep. At the bottom of the trail where it meets the ocean I gernaded my passenger side CV axle. I had the pleasure of coming up the entire trail in 2wd with an open dif. These tires aren't even a month old and I did some major damage to the knobs from spinning all the way up the trail. Needed a lot of recovery from the trucks I was with. CV angle really does matter, but what I was doing when I broke it was asking for it. Rear end was at full flex and front was trying to climb a 8" ledge with driver side tire

We have some areas around here as well with lots of Lava Rock. I learned my lesson quick that stuff will shred tires. I now steer clear of that stuff.

I wish I did it on lava rock. It was just from the fact the entire trail is going back up hill on loose cinder and stones. I spun in every gear and throttle position
