I don't and am curious myself.

AccuTune advised 550's and that got me a pretty terrible squat situation that wasn't possible to fix without lifting the rear. Which just didn't match my use patterns for this specific truck, I wanted something road friendly.

You have TPMS I'm guessing? That's maybe one of the few differences? And maybe my speed sensor is older school, I have a yellr box to install after going to 4.56 w LSD on the rear diff. I got so sick of getting stuck on wet grass, LSD definitely helped a ton there.

I’m also gonna put a truetrac in haha. I am on 265/75/16 all terrains (came with the truck) and will not be going any bigger, so I was thinking about keeping the 4.10 gearing. Do you like your 4.56?

Our trucks are super light - especially if you're a prerunner. I weighed mine before a camping trip awhile back with an aluminum camper shell (not shown in pic and filled up with camping supplies and tools and only came in at 3900 lbs). 500 lbs/in would be a decent ballpark. Leaf packs don't really run in spring rate as far as they're marketed - usually it's in inches of lift or pounds over stock weight based on what I've seen out there. I have 3rd gen sport shocks on the front which are a really cost effective lift and 2nd gen tsb rear springs which are just about level with the front (maybe a touch shorter) with a fiberglass campershell.

This pic is also with firewood and tools for a camping trip so the rear's a bit sagged.

Yeah, 4.56 is better for my shifting style, higher RPM's so a bit more HP on the 2.7. Still needs an EV swap or custom EV hybrid to have any balls. The LSD is the big gain, open diffs are so lame.

I need to get my 4.88's on the '16 next and I'll have proper gears on all 3.

I think 4.56 with slightly taller tires might not need any speedo correction. I might size up once I've burned through these tires but I don't drive much so it'll probably be a few years before I age them out.

I spend a lot of time in 2nd and 3rd being in the city, with a lot of clutch work and feathering. I don’t mind, shift lead up is around 2300 and then i’ll rev it up to 2600 and row it. On the highway at 70 in 5th on flat ground i’m right at 2600, so seems juuust on the short side of RPMs but i’m good with it for now overall.

i’d love to find somebody local with a similar truck, but regeared, and take it for a spin before I order up from ECGS but I think I’ll have to just order the gearing on faith alone if I decide to change.

I'm guessing you're not close to me? Happy to let you drive it if you're ever near PDX. No real regrets on 4.56 but it's not that different. And if I did go 265/75R16 it'd probably be pretty close to the same. For now I'm on 245/75R16's and trying to keep things as light as possible.

I do have my stock diff still.

Here are a couple photos for the guys/gals wondering what the Katzkin leather looks like on the bench seat. It’s held up pretty darn well for being 10 years. Definitely worth the money, I also installed seat heaters on both the driver and passenger side when I installed the leather. The switches are located on the “center console” below the shifter. This was a time consuming install for both the heated seats and the leather, but totally diy if you’re up for the challenge. It took me a day to do everything.

Anyone with bucket seats attempted the JL stealthbox? Seems like it might fit?

Anyone know for sure that the trd beadlock wheels PTR56-35220-F3 will fit for sure on our regular cabs? Pictures would be great if anyone has done this before.

I recently did the ultimate headlight upgrade with new oem black headlights, did the bench seat recliner mod, double cab storage bins and built a bam beds style platform for camping. This forum has been a valuable source of knowledge and ideas!
