    Thanks everyone! I know this has been a long time coming...
    My goal was to make a kit that utilized the stock mounting screws to fasten the mesh. For this prototype I only had to drill 4 1/8" holes!

    The end user will simply (carefully) cut out the surround and screw the mesh in place. :cool:

    I hope to post the inaugural batch for sale once I get a run together for the powder coater.

    I'll also be posting a "how-to" thread for the grill prep.

    Anyone local wanna be a Guinea Pig? (V5ioV or Armyofsquirrels) hint hint.
