    I'll probably be there around 1100 or so, depending on where I am on getting comms up.

    Please tell me where a CB shop is. Every one I knew about in Tampa went Tango Uniform and I really need to have the Cobra 25 I'm about to put in the T4R looked at. I'd like to have the other one in the OGT peaked and tuned as well if it wasn't already.

    If you look at the OP, the GPS coordinates for the campground are on it. ;)

    2 that I know of, both off I-75. 1st is on 44 just west of I-75 behind the Chrome Shop. 2nd is at 326 and I-75, about a block east on north side.

    Thanks. Which one is closer to Tampa? Not quite sure where 326 (county road?) is unless you're talking about the exit, which I think is the one we take to get to Hardrock in Ocala. Also which one does the best work?

    Blackwater is supposed to be out there Sunday. Shouldn't effect us much. I may stay and hang out with them depending on how hung over I am on Sunday. They are having a Veterans BBQ and trail ride thing.

    Years ago I got an old Tristar 120 cb from the 326 shop, had it tuned, and it still works, but at over 20yrs old thought I'd try a new one as most of these have failed by now. Got a Uniden 520pro and had it tuned at the 44 shop, plus a Road King mike. Just installed it a few days ago, so don't know how well it talks, but will find out on a road trip soon.

    Sorry can't help on who does the best work, I'll find out if the 44 shop did good soon. 44 goes through Inverness, so that's closer to you. Can get it looked at friday going to Citrus, then just take 44 west to the forest on the west side of town. 326 is a county road going east and west, north of Ocala before Gville. Only takes them 5 minutes to tune, if he's not busy.
