    Well that's just wonderful news, got a call from the visitor center place for the CMA, they are cancelling all events. since we had a permit for our event, that's gonna be cancelled due to the virus outbreak. camp grounds are still open at the moment, but if they do close, everyone will get a notification who reserved a spot.

    Well I guess did you guys want to call it since our permit has been cancelled? I really don't wanna drive all the way out there if all of the official stuff got cancelled. As much as I'm willing to drive out there still, I don't know at this point

    I think for the people that live closer and don't have curfews can still meet up. I don't personally feel like driving 5+ hours with what's going on. I think I'm gonna say we officially cancel the annual meet and whoever wants to still go that can, go and have some fun

    definitely, I have no idea where I'll be at come Fall time, most likely gonna be moving once my medical shit gets processed with the FAA, I'll figure out where I'm gonna be moving to. There's like a 95% chance that I will be moving haha

    alright guys, I'm making the call, since the permit was cancelled and curfews and stuff will most likely be in place in the coming weeks depending on how bad this shit gets, this annual meet is off (Unless things change by then). I will, most likely, no longer be going since my drive will be a bit to get out there. Anyone that is local to the area that do not have restrictions can still camp for the weekend as the campgrounds are still open (for now) if the campgrounds end up closing, everyone who has reserved a site will be notified, anyone needing a camp site will most likely be able to take mine. I will make a final decision by this weeks end. I was really hoping for this shit to not get this ridiculous, but I'm not in the place for taking chances as I am in between jobs at the moment. Good luck and be safe guys!

    Well, I hope like hell they refund our reservation money if they close the campground...or even if people opt not to go due to the "pandemic" crisis. The only reason I might not have made it was due to financial issues, so getting my res money back would be a windfall, lol.

    :rant::rant::rant:

    :rofl:

    I'd go even for the day, if I wasn't so broke right now. Haha, I got my front end fixed a while ago but I still haven't put any gear oil back in it (thank gawd for manual hubs).

    First off, I am saying all of this with all due respect, but there isn't a DAMNED thing I can do about the event permit being cancelled. Legally, we aren't "allowed" to run the trails as as group because of the size and how many people we have going, plus it technically is an organized event. I am cancelling it for official purposes, for now, with the campgrounds still open, everyone who has paid is still able to go camp and ride the trails

    My god damn Moab trip got cancelled because of all this stupidity, I've been looking forward to THAT trip more than Citrus, mostly because my 1980 PU is FINALLY offroad worthy and I've been rebuilding this truck for the last 5 years, also I was going to get to finally meet up with a friend that I have interest in, but because of where she is staying, she is no longer able to attend Moab because of restrictions; so please, don't tell me that I am ruining other peoples time by "cancelling" this event. I don't want to be responsible if anything did happen. you are still MORE than welcome to go, me personally, I don't want to take any chances. I'm still on the fence and MIGHT go, but I will figure that out before the weekend is over

    Yeah, I still wouldn't mind going, but with the current route of things, I have a feeling the campground might get shut down if things continue the way they do. I don't want to do this lol, but our permit got cancelled, so everyone would just be going out for camping with a little bit of trail riding at that point. I feel yeah on the financial part too lol, I'm in between jobs and had to yank my savings out just to get by until the FAA gets the sticks out their asses and gets my physical processed so I can start working again lmao

    Hell, worst comes the worst, I may just do some camping up here on that panhandle with the local group lmao

    do iiiiiiiiiiiitttttttt, seems like you got most of it squared away now that it's running! I'm tempted to yank this 2rz out and do a simple rebuild on it with a budget rebuild kit so it can put out some more power haha, that or TRY to get my 3rz cylinders fixed and get replacement piston heads and rods

    About the time you get the engine out and everything torn down, the Moab trip will be back on, lol.
