This is where that prudence I mentioned comes into play. Honestly, though, with your Taco being 2WD, mud probably isn't that fun anyway. For me, the fun stuff is where you have to be in 4WD and you have to scratch and claw your way through it, working the steering wheel and managing the throttle. It's actually harder to find stuff like that than you'd think. But, yeah, Citrus mud pretty much sucks. The crap out there basically comes down to if you have the ground clearance to not set your diffs down on the hard hump in the center. No real technique required.

    Awesome.

I'll be staying out of mud as much as possible I don't have fender well liners so my intake is wide open

 Not good. You're still gonna suck up crap left and right. Those t-birds are going to be like the beater bar on a vacuum cleaner and your intake will just suck it all up. At least you're not 4WD though so you don't have to worry about your front tires actively spinning crap up there.

Maybe you can disconnect the intake from the fender and just let it suck air from the engine compartment. Might suck up less trash that way. :notsure:

Can't use a part of the old stuff to cover it? Or take the fitting off so the tube will be ducking under hood air and not possible mud/water

I'm coming from lake county. New to the forum so I don't know anyone even in my area or that may be going but I'd prefer to meet up before going out there? Anyone else? Seminole, orange, volusia meeting up?

I'm in Mount Dora. Not to familiar with anything out that way other than 301 / 44 intersection headed towards 75. Of course GPS can get me anywhere. But I'm still debating on going Friday or Saturday.

No, there's a Saturday Only list below the camping list. ;)

As far as what goes on at the campground, it's basically just meeting people, socializing, hanging out, ogling the various rigs, that sort of stuff. Nothing structured or anything.
