I’m not sure of the wheel specs sadly. They came with the truck. UCA is JD fab .25. stock LCA mounts until I have money for their pivot kit that moves the LCA forward
lift is King 2.5 coil overs, they came with a small amount of preload, I think its around 1 inch of lift.
the cab mounts are chopped for 285/75/16 and rub again with the bigger tires. I am going to go back and do it again. Tacomahollic has a YouTube video that I will be copying soon.
but yes it rubs. and rubs bad. I might even have to tub the inner fenders and fire wall unless I limit up travel.

You're more than likely going to rub no matter what. 12.50 wide is pretty large. The .75" spacer is helping you not rub on the upper control arm/steering knuckle/frame. But it is also pushing the outside of the tire too far where you will hit the pinch welds, cab mount, fender flares etc....use the search function or just go buy the tires and find out but at this point nobody is going to be able to give you any more advice than they already have.

Any of you guys on 35s run with stock gears at all? I have the chance to get some for free but can't do gears till the summer due to needing the truck for work.

When I first did the cuts I had the Allpro but I knew I wasn’t going to keep it. I still did a full cut to match the back but left some room because I wasn’t sure where the next bumper would sit

the new bumper lines up better with the flares but might go and cut it later on to be perfect

Yes sir. Currently running 35s on stock gear and wheeling. Only been running 35s for about 2k miles but seems to be fine. Did some pretty heavy crawling this weekend with no issues too. Very purposeful throttle is probably key there. Truck overall has 230k miles too. Definitely doesn't like 5th gear when towing anything or even a heavy wind hahah

Stock gears here as well. Been on 35s since October/2022. 14.1 mpg, mainly all street driving, very little highway. I get around 300 miles on a full tank. Current odometer is around 185k. I’ll eventually regear.

What PSI do you guys run on your 35s? I upgraded my suspension and got a new set of Yokohama MT, but it's riding a bit rough around town. I was at nearly 40psi, but dropped to 32psi. Better but still rough vs my 285/70 BFG AT tires. I still need to take the truck out to the trails to break in my suspension.

The Wrangler forums general consensus is 26-28psi for 35s, but that sounds kinda low.

34-36 is what I've been running. Got a load C tire and it rides great. You also need to see what load rating your old tires were compared to your new tires. If you were a load C 285 and now a load E 35 you'll probably never get a reasonable PSI to ride like the load c.

My 35" Yoko Geolandars seem to be happy anywhere between 30 and 35. Higher than that and they get a little squirelly and wear the center out faster. Lower and they feel heavy and soft.

Hey guys, 2015 here currently running 285/70/17 Toyo AT3s on Methods (0 offset) and want to size up to the 35x11.5, if not 285/75 AT3s.

Truck is mainly for desert and light trails. No technical 4x4 wheeling.

Have done CMC, trimmed fenders, and hammered pinch welds.

On TRD Baja Bilstein and Camburg UCAs at 4.3 caster. No rubbing when I off-road.

You guys think that’s enough caster to clear 35x11.5 without having to do CMR? Would like to size up as much as possible without cutting again/relocating cab mount.
