A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
For anyone regearing, I would highly suggest throwing the nitro pinion seals in the trash and using genuine toyota pinion seals.

Takes close to 230ft#'s to begin crushing the pinion sleeve.

Are these any better? My trucks 300 miles away from me so this is all I have. The winch is under the hinged front license plate

Any reason why they only offer the rem polishing for the rear and not the front ?

Bottom line up front: disconnect battery after new gears.
Just got mine done. 5.29 with 255/85r16 KM3s. Diamondback HD, Full RCI skids, CaliRaised slider/steps w/ Rhinocoating, 6112/5160 (to give you an idea what extra weight I have)
Immediate impression: Drive is definitely better but I thought it would be more impressive. Noticed gears went to 6th at 40mph (I have a scangauge)
After 120 miles: still not impressed. Decided to pull the battery for 10 mins to see what happens when the computer resets.
Now: Yes! Now I’m impressed. Turned off my Sprint Booster and don't feel like I’ll need it anymore. Can’t wait to get past another 400 miles, change the oil, and let ‘er rip.

Done deal! Picked up the truck few hrs ago. The shop did the initial 1st break-in. I just completed the 2nd & 3rd break-in in BEAST/Grandma mode! Now at a local gas station letting it cool down for 30min.

I hear a lot about Nitro gears - anyone have strong opinions on Nitro vs their competition?

Really considering doing gears to 5.29, few questions , what are people paying for gears installed? Also, how much is it to do all these oil changes?

I'm factory, on 32s right now, no issues. I hope to gear in the spring, then lift, and go to 315s. So it will be a process of slowly building it up .

A tax paying shop, you'll pay with parts and labor all in about $2500 +/-$500. And oil changes are too easy not to do yourself.

$2,400 each axle including labor but part of a much larger package. Do the oil changes yourself, you only need a $8;oil pump for the front diff
