    say again in english over?

    why is the pulley dented?

it was a bitch to pull off........... I broke the "heavy duty" model Gadget said to use (I got same exact model number)........URD flop #4, (bought 2 intakes, both leaked, bought 1 exhaust and it wouldnt fit right, followed their lead on the right puller and it failed) but whatever.

Then I rushed out and got a 2 ton and a 7 ton puller............... as I figured, the 2 ton broke in seconds, so I took the 7 ton linkage and threw it on the "heavy duty" body and commenced pulling the bitch off.

for shits and grins I talked a store into selling me an intake that they LEGALLY couldnt sell me?
Gotta love california and the whole "we hate K&N" emissions.

Yes, I the hater of K&N bought 1.....

    WHy?

I want to see if the intake air temps are really as bad as I thought.
I want to see if theres any MAF issues that cant be resolved without regular MAF and throttle body maintenance that I do anyways.
I want to see if it leaks as bad as the URD intake
I want to see if it throws any lean conditions at WOT with the blower.

    pics, vids, thoughts to follow.

IAT are on par with stock and the AFE stage 2 SI, they raise while sitting, but cool down to within 2 degrees of ambient temps at approx 40-45 MPH as confirmed by scan gauge and ultragauge MX

I hear a slight intake leak just like the URD

Filter was preoiled and it looked correct, pink but not wet.

    AFR at WOT was 11's

besides a small intake leak, I like it actually :)

Time will tell how fast the MAF gets dirty, and Ill send off my oil sample as well

I think it brings out the whine of the blower even more than stock or AFE
