I don't like how open it looks from the rear. You can see the original bumper mounts, light wiring harnesses etc. but it does the job. I thought about plating it but once mocked up it looked to redneck

Yup, that's what I can't stand about tube bumpers front or rear, being able to see EVERYTHING behind them! Never understood why some guys are so into them, some look so cheap and crappy when all the wires, mounting points, brackets, rust, mud and on and on are showing. I have the Arb front like you on both my Taco's. But have yet to find an awesome rear one. All pro's rear bumper has incorporated some taste full plate into their latest. So I've been headed in that direction....

Anyone have any experience with beadlockers? How much back spacing would I need on my rims to not rub with 12.50-13.50s

Beadlocks? As far as i know, beadlocks are illegal for street use. There are some wheels out there at have 'fake beadlocks' but they are purely for looks.

You'd need very little bs for a 13.5" wide tire. Like 3" for 10" wide rime and 2.5 for a 8"

They are no street legal bead locks that you can afford Id bet. That said they are also insanely heavy and totally point less for a dd weekend warrior rig.

I have run my 33x12.5r15s and 35x12.5r15s at 8 psi with no problems. Why you'd want to go lower tire preassure is just stupid. Even at 10 psi I give up ground clearance.

Ever heard of trail ready rims blackdawg? All aluminum... Thinking of trying some deep snow traveling... Am I gonna run into problems not having a SAS and lockers front and back? One of the reasons I want beadlockers

Yea they are also 400 bucks a pop or so. Why the hell would anyone spend 2k on just rims.

Ifs is actually better for snow, front diff is higher off the ground. You don't end up pushing an entire axle through the snow.

Lockers rarely help in snow too. You'd be better off with maxxtracks and a winch and a second or third truck to pull off of and pull you out.

Again, you don't need bead lockers for snow. I have wheeled on 4-6' snow at 8 psi on steel rims.

Yea winch is already sitting in my basement.. I'm just pondering future mod/ purchases I would like to make to my taco... Still waiting to settle with my insurance company on either a total loss amount or them fixing my truck... They offered 7600... The estimate says truck had 7500 in damage.. They want me to pay 2600 to buy back my truck... Only 137k miles on it there's one sr5 for sale in md with 191k miles for 10k...
