Looks good. Do you have a gate that would open to the alley?

Not the alley. I'll be going back and making one in the front yard and one inbetween the garage.

Usually legal descriptions for any parcel will have a tie to the public land survey. Township range and section. Basically a bearing and distance to said public land survey in order to locate the parcel within the Tnship range section. Those legal descriptions are what is binding. Don't always trust those pins, I've seen landowners move them and after 5-10 years it looks like that's where it's always been... You guys are probably fine if the neighbors are cool but just giving you a background in case you need to do more digging.

Beautiful day at work! Great to be out doing what I love. Next week I'll be figuring out which mechanic I'll be leaving BabyT with. Not sure what I'll do this weekend, probably pull the weeds out of our garden and get that ready to roll.

Sometimes it's a short 30 minute drive from the office, sometimes it's 2 hours. This is about an hour or so from my office. The landscape changes greatly across our lands here but it's all gorgeous.

Sure is different terrain from this part of WY. Volcano's leave different soils vs old lake beds. Looks neat.

Couldn't be more different and I was pleasantly surprised when I moved here. I expected it to be similar to any mountain town in Wyoming around 4K ft. I miss Wyoming but my body appreciates be PNW more . Wyoming drys you out and beats you to death with wind. A lot more diversity (plants and wildlife) out here as well but you don't see them as often. I miss seeing speedgoats every day.

I've been waiting a long time to have a lazy Saturday like this again. First weekend in a long time that I don't have anything urgent to take care of. Soaking it in.

There's a new taco (food, not trucks) place in town named Speedgoats. Pretty good tacos.
You deserve a lazy weekend! Nice looking smoker, like the steel wheels.

Lizzy was so upset that Speedgoat opened a week or so after she moved to grangeville. She's been in Laramie for a week now to train her successor and I think she is going to come back 20lbs heavier from all the tasty food .

Also, loving my Monday vibes today :pccoffee:. Slept through my alarm, got ready in 15 min and made it to work just a hair after 6 am. I guess I should match my socks if I am going to rock the socks/sandal combo.

Man, I'd be pissed if I was your neighbor too! That fence is as crooked as a politician! :p

The one that's been at the carwash for a couple of months or another one? I've been eating at that one once or twice per week. Very authentic. Super nice guy too. He puts in a lot of hours. We bought tamales from him back in the summer too. Says he'll be doing those and green chiles again this summer. He gets his chiles from the same place in Pueblo that we get ours. Good sh!t, Maynard!

Came back from a run to find a guy looking at my yota. He wants to trade a really nice 100 series LX for it or just sell me it.

Probably going to be driving a 100 series in July.
