Nope, he would have been okay though. Barely felt it myself. I was very close to putting him in the truck before leaving though. Glad I didn't because controlling a dog at the same time of dealing with the accident would have been hard.

Glad you're alright! Good luck, accidents suck but at least yours is cut and dried.

@Member1Zillion is going to be the mechanic piecing BabyT back together for me. Aside from the mechanical damage from the wreck, he noticed another leak on the engine. So after this gets fixed, Ray at Laramie Machine shop is going to have to see what the problem is and go from there. It's safe to say that BabyT probably won't see much dirt in the month of may :pout:.

I have no doubt about that. Just hoping shit buffs out before Bruiser the Cruiser gets jealous and throws a mechanical fit.

Hoping the best for you, bud. I love that little single cab truck and hope it gets back to tip top shape soon.

Sunday is summer prep day. I may have had a rough start to 2016 but it is far from over. Dragging the bow out of hibernation and getting it in top shape. Cleaning the snow bike up. Gathering camping supplies to make sure my "camp box" is ready to go, and charging camera batteries/cleaning equipment. It's suppose to rain so I will probably aerate the lawn when it breaks.

I get to see one of my favorite people I have met/lived with walk on Saturday and then celebrate her completing her masters.

The following weekend I am going to Buena Vista, Colorado to meet Lizzy's family and attend her cousins wedding. Should be a blast (open bar :D)

I refuse to have a shitty summer.

Enjoy bv. I grew up in salida about a half hour away. If you get a chance, go up to mount Princeton and enjoy the hot springs, one of my favorite places.

@BabyTaco how do you like running the softopper? how easy does it switch from being setup to folded behind the cab? i run a leer cap in winter and now a tonneau for summer to make throwing big stuff in the bed easier. i really dont care for the tonneau cover though so was looking to switch it up.

Rather enjoy it actually. I haven't folded it all the way down but it seems like a simple enough process. I have rolled up the sides a few times when the weather was nice and I had my pup in the back.

Ill be folding it flat soon as Ill be picking up compost for the yard when I get the truck back.

Taking my last final for this semester in an hour :D. Thinking about heading to the local hills after work to let the pup run, then hanging out for a fire, a few brews and a couple star shots.

Too bad it didn't happen sooner(or not at all preferably). I'm heading up Chimney Rock/Camel Rock way this morning. Going to see if we can bust into some land up there. Taking the new Taco without a winch(because I'm still waiting for the bumper to arrive), so I probably won't get too aggressive. I could take the FJ but I feel like driving the truck today. Sorry you can't hit the dirt just yet, but I'll get it done as soon as humanly possible. Does Ray want me to pull the engine? Is he taking care of the parts and re-tear down and assembly? Shoot me a text Monday if you hear from him.

Had a pretty dang good weekend. I didn't go out as planned because the weather started to turn Friday night. I was able to catch up on a lot of much needed yard work. I also fix the cruisers brake line on Sunday. It's crazy how much time you have when you dont have classes to keep up on.

I also have a new macro lens I bought off my boss. I forgot my camera but ill pick it up at lunch and mess with it at work.

Got my photo back from the print shop. Took a while because they had a huge rush. Pretty dang cool to see this in a physical form. One more of these will be made, but on canvas for the gf. Might sell this one locally. Dropping a few more photos off for print later in the week.

I would like to buy that one if you decide to sell it. Always wanted a photo of the WYO toad and yours is really nice. It'll remind me of Ron Beiswenger (not sure of the spelling) and you too.

I'll be selling it and printing a few more. Turns out quite a few people want one. I was gonna sell locally for $50-75 but ill sell it to you for pretty much the cost.
