Hello, my name is Noah, hence the thread name :) My truck is a 2009 DCLB TRD Sport.

    Truck Specs-

2009 Pyrite Mica Double Cab Long Bed 4x4
    4.0 V6 Automatic
    TRD Sport

    MODS:

    Wheel/Tire-
    SCS Stealth 6 16x8 3.5BS Matte Bronze
    295/75R16 BFG KO2

    Armor-
    CREOfab prototype front bumper
    CREOfab front skidplate
    Allpro Rock Sliders
    Allpro Rear Bumper

    Suspension-
    Fox Performance Elite 2.5 Coilovers
    JBA Offroad UCA
    Fox 2.0 IFP rear shocks
    Allpro Expedition Leafpack

    Camping Setup-

    CREOfab Modular 12in Bedrack
    CVT Mt. Shasta
    CVT awning

    Other stuff-
    Highlift
    Rotopax 4G gas
    Arb Compressor
    Pop n Lock
    Diff breather relocate
Wet Okole Seat Covers w/ seat heater!

I don't have a picture of the truck completely stock since I bought it with a cheap spacer lift on it. However after about a year of bumping along with that suspension I decided it was time for an upgrade.

I went with Bilstein 5100/Eibach coil combo for about 2.5in of lift in the front. And Billy 5100 2in toytec AAL in the back.

Parts to the left of the spanner are mine, to the right are for my brother's FJ (Toytec Adjustable Coilovers, LR UCAs). We got everything in over the span of three days. The AAL's caused us the most trouble, we did not have a large enough C clamp to re-compress the leafs so we could start the nut on the centerpin. A quick trip to a lowes solved that issue :)

Not the best pic but the coils went in with little to no problems:D

This picture was post lift pre tires (although you can see them sitting in the corner of the picture :D)

Here are said tires- 255/75/r17 Nitto Trail Grapplers!!

Decided to do the diff breather mod

Here are a couple pictures from my trip to Moab

Alright everything is fixed got a new OEM bumper, no frame damage!!

So I had relocated my 7-pin into the bumper before i got rear ended which required drilling 2 holes in my bumper. I wanted to relocate it again as leaving it hanging down doesnt look great IMO and it can get ripped off easily. I didnt want to go drilling holes in my new bumper so I made a few brackets out of some flat aluminum that i drilled a few holes in and bent with a vice. It tucks the 7pin up out of the way and its still easily accessible. It was getting dark and cold so I didnt get the electrical connected back up but when the snow melts ill get to it.

it was 460ish for the rear kit (leafs, flipkit, brakelines ect) and anohter 220 for shocks, the shop that is doing the work has a 10% discount with AP tho so it was a bit cheaper

They ride stiff as you would expect, in the winter i keep some sand back there to give a little more traction so it isnt bad. I decided to go with expos because id heard the regular 3in pack flattens out under loads and i tend to do a lot of work in the summer that involves carrying random crap so i went with the expos.

So for my birthday/christmas present from my parents I got a full set of Wet Okole Seat covers with the console cover and a seat heater in the driver seat (which is awesome!).

First off they came shipped in a big box (no pic), be careful opening it, my nosey dad almost cut one of them opening the box with a knife before i got home:eek:

They are fairly straightforeward to install, it took me around 2 hours total mostly because it was around 10 degrees outside when i did it lol:cool:

    Here is the front:

Here is the rear- dont mind my backpack lol

While doing this i also removed the behind the seat storage. I was planning on waiting till it got warmer but i figured i was out there freezing anyway might aswell do it. Essentially its a few bolts and some hard pulls to get them out. I would recommend this to anyone, you double your space behind the seats and there is no noticeable increase in roadnoise. I also think someone has made a pannel to attach molle packs to allowing you to maximize space.

Just got a bunch more pictures from last summer's Montana/Moab trip from my dad!

    Dinosaur tracks on Hells Revenge!

Watched this buggy attempt Mickeys Hot Tub for about 15 minutes sadly he never made it but it was cool to watch. On a couple of attempts I thought there was going to be a rollover recovery in our future haha

Jason's truck coming up Hells Gate

    Black Betty

    Booger

Explored around underneath Skyline arch in Arches Park for a bit. Crazy how big some of those rocks are.

Took a little side 4x4 trail from the Delicate Arch Parking lot

Being that it was 95+ we decided to go for the short walk and far pictures of the Delicate Arch

On our way through South Dakota to Montana we stopped at two very cool monuments. Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse! Rushmore was much cooler than I had thought when we originally planned on stopping and it is definitely worth a stop if your around the area. I've also always wanted to go see the Crazy Horse monument as well since many of my friends are convinced that I am at least some part Lakota after watching a few documentaries in high school. With them being only 45 mins away from one another it made for a nice midday break to the 13 hours of driving we did that day

    Compressor-

Pretty tight spot between the intake hose and ABS contraption. Glad I went with the small vs the twin. Airs my 32s up from 18 to 32 in about a minute. Supposedly it pumps 7psi/m into 35s as well. Couldn't get my tubeless MTB tire mounted with it sadly but that's most likely due to the tires I have being extremely hard to seat the first time.

Finally got my CVT Mt. Shasta mounted up today!!! I've wanted to get a roof top tent for about as long as ive been interested in Tacomas and can't believe I finally have one! It mounted up perfectly on the BAMF low profile rack which Jerry gave me a great deal on.

Can't wait to get out and do some camping!

Small update, been doing alot of camping and fishing recently. Truck wise I got new wheels and tires! SCS Stealth 6's 16x8 in matte bronze with 255/85/16 Interco Trxus MT's. Loving the setup so far haven'tt tested them out in any real offroading but theyve been great in rain, on gravel and dirt roads. They rub a decent amount most likely due to the wheels being 3.5bs. Trimming the inner fender liner and doing a body mount chop will be necessary for any offroading.

Ive been doing alot of camping around Missouri and just got back from a week long trip to Minnesota in search of some muskie but sadly couldn't connect. Caught a lot of nice bass and the bluegill would hit anything on top of the water so it made for a good week still.

Baker Campground was a nice spot to stay, virtually nobody there on the weekdays, walking distance to Lake Independence and a 10 minute drive from Minnetonka.

Smallest bass of the week also the first fish of the week and on my newly tied mouse fly!

Bluegill loved this white popper, also caught my biggest bass of the week on it a fat 16 incher!

Cooking is always the best part of camping, Steak and fire roasted potatoes.

Last night on the water, crazy amount of top water activity from big fish and neither me or my friend could get anything to bite. Still was a fun way to finish off the trip and had a great view for the paddle back to the boat ramp.

Bed of the truck loaded down with two kayaks and all our gear/food for the week.

Also saw this sweet lotus in the Walmart parking lot a couple of weeks ago. Interestingly they have little turbo Toyota engines in them.
