I didn't do the diff drop because I've seen a lot of folks say that it's not needed if you're not lifted too high. The carrier bearing drop has helped many others with slight vibes, so I decided to go that route first. If it doesn't work, it's not a big deal. I may throw a 2 degree shim under my leaf pack when I put my u bolt flip kit in.

I’m lifted 2.5”. I didn’t use any shims on my leaf pack. Vibration issues can make you crazy.

Check your flange angles, if it's a small vibration you can probably fix it with some degree shims. These guys will make you any size or shape you want. Get you a cheap Harbor Freight angle finder to see what you need.

I'll find out in the morning when I drive it to B'ham for my interview. I'm hoping the CB drop kit will cure it, like previously stated, it's really really minor, but I'm OCD! lol I've seen that "Driveline Issues Resolved" thread and it's got tons of good info on it!

You can check to see if and what you need, it's not hard. If the angles are off it will shack you.
When you check them add two degrees down on your diff flange because it will flex at less two degrees up when you put it in drive.

I'll have to pick up an angle gauge, I'll do that tomorrow! I'm gonna shoot you a conversation with my 3 angles and see what you think! 1st section of the driveshaft in relation to the transfer case, the angle of the second part of the driveshaft, and the angle of my pinion.

I know it doesn’t help you now but I checked my angles before I did any work and I was able to get them back very close to where they were.

How did you get them back? With shims, CB drop, diff drop?

Every truck will be different, Its easy to check to see what you need with just an angle finder.
Also make sure your carrier bearing is install with the side with the single hole facing down and the double hole on the top.

    Two hole side up

If you install it the wrong way it will throw the drive shaft off a few degrees, the bearing is not in the center of the mounting points
