I thought gassing up in Truckee was a given but I'll add it if you really want me to. I just said for everyone to gas up before we meet so that we don't have to stop before Truckee. Well maybe if Kevin burns a whole tank before we get there we can stop before Truckee. But I'm sure most of us can make to Truckee on a full tank.

 

I have a 6gal gascan incase I need it.

I normally get around 270 miles per tank though so I'll be good.

Yeah i figured with Kevin saying he hopes he makes it with a full tank that we would be filling up in Truckee. Every time I go up in that area i always fill up id hate to run out of gas on the trail.

 

I think I'm with you on that one I'm sure most of it can be done in 2wd Oh Shit Hill might be a little tricky in 2wd.

 

Man I am going to get so many pictures! This time a year Nevada / Sierra weather is awesome!

 

How is it up there is there snow on the hills?
