Ya I have on board air so if you need to use it that's fine. The only thing I would say is that it's not insanely fast. What time do you guys plan on getting up here by?

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Cool maybe just get us up to 25psi so we can get to a gas station.

I just checked Google Map's and it 1hour 29min to get the the 50/89 intersection
is that a good meeting spot of do you want to meet us at the trail head?

Are you guys coming down 89 and taking 88? The only reason I ask is because at the base of 89 is a really bitching fishing / meeting spot that the rally guys always use. You can legally part 15+ trucks right there on the highway on the river. Its a good spot to do all you checks and take a brake if you wanted. Otherwise I can meet up at the top of 89, there is a gas station just a few seconds from that intersection but its kinda pricey there. Let me know whats easiest for you guys since either way its only a few minutes from my house.

Yeah were coming 50 to 89 to 88/89 to LP Canyon rd the trail head is at the end of the road. where is this parking spot at? We can meet there if it's cool with everyone but I figured we would do all are checks when we air down at the trail head.

Wherever we meet is fine with me. I just want to get gas once we are up there before we go to the trail.

Thats the one thing i didnt buy this year was my hunting license. We lost the ranch we deer hunt at so there was no point in spending $90 on license and tag to not use it.

Ok so the spot at the bottom of 89 is around 22 minutes from the trail head. And at the top of 89 you have chevron and I think they are at 4+ per gallon right now. I would suggest you get gas in sac. Your only other gas option is at kirkwood or in markleeville and both are going to be 3.90+ right now. You could always detour about 15 minutes and get gas in gardnerville (2.80 per gallon). I will just plan on meeting you guys when you come down 89. I am sure I will be able to tell by the line of tacomas lol. Also I am bringing my huskies, not sure if that is an issue. How many people are coming as of right now?

Hey Jerry just a heads up in case you are coming up Friday p.m. to stay with family.... The Hazel bridge over the river was closed this last weekend for widening. I'm not sure when they are opening it back up. So you may want to stick to Sunrise. :D
