    Converting to manual hubs?

    Why, though?

Non rotating cv’s while in 2wd, and ease of trail repair when a cv breaks.

You break a cv then you just set the hub to free and you can drive and still have 3wd
And you could either drive out and repair or just get your self to a decent location

    Few updates:

Solved the p0171, previous owner striped the MAF sensor screws so I only had access to clean the main sensor. So I took a dremel to the screw heads and made grooves for a flat head and was able to get them out. The two sensors inside the MAF were dirty as fuck which was throwing the code. Just cleaned them up and I’m good to go.

Also installed the new manual hub assembly/total chaos spindle and cv’s took to a test drive and everything feels great, except one issue. The spindle inserts are not getting an interference fit more here

I can change a CV in 45 minutes. It would be nice for it not to be urgent.

Yea, I’m not that quick yet. Someone else drove my truck the other day and I spotted the cv’s not rotating and was like yeeeee haha

With the softtopper gone, I’m starting to look into bed rack designs main things I want:

1)Mounts for hi lift, max traxs
    2)Hanging drawer system

Yeah, just wanted some exterior tool storage and I’m not a big fan of the big tool boxes.

I want to be able to see in the drawers so I’m thinking a low profile rack and mounting them underneath
