Unfortunately, between work and school i dont even have enough time for my own projects. So making another set probably isn’t guna happen.

If your looking for a $ amount I’d say around $300

However what I do highly recommend, is try and make your own. Do the research and more research buy the nessesary tools, practice and go for it! And when your done with sliders you can build anything you want. In the end it’s rewarding and you learn a lot.

If that’s not your route then you can buy a set from BAMF, trail gear, 4x4 innovations or other companies

Or if you wana get creative, design your own or even take my design and work with a local fabricator.

The hard parts over! Everything lines up and swings, just need to add some trusses and add the tire mount

    Still killing it over here!

Love the swing out tailgate. How did you decide on framing the tailgate opening? Was that just what seemed the most solid / rigid?

Thanks man, got the framing idea and fastener locations from Wilco off road.63B169AB-E6BD-4A76-AFC0-2590250C1E13.jpg

I did some non destructive testing last night, which means I jumped up and down on it, no real movement/ deflection so I’m happy.

There are other designs out there Alecoverton on ista has a really cool set built of his bumper.

I would say the downside to Wilco’s/ my setup is it’s attached to the body and not directly to the frame, seeing that I designed mine able to be welded to the top of the bumper if I decide to go that direction.

    Looks so nice brother man.

For some reason I’m not a huge fan of swingout bumpers, but I like the idea of a swingout tailgate  I dunno what the difference is in my head.

Keep it up. I should be working on my plate bumpers in the next month or two

Great thread! And great job on all of your projects. I am digging your truck. Looks awesome.

I've been thinking of giving a shot at DIY projects like you. Thanks for the inspiration.
