Any tips on getting the old sleeves out? Ive beat on it with a bfg and got no where, so then I started twisting it and it seems like Im just destroying the LCA bushing and not getting the bugger out.
Also looks like I need to fully remove the steering rack to get the back two bolts to slide all the way out?

If they are stuck you can try soaking them in wd-40 over night, using heat, and using an air hammer. Chances are you'll need to cut them tho. I usually cut them anyway. I'll use a grinder or a Sawzall and just go to town. If you cut it you won't need to remove the rack either. They can really be a pain sometimes.

Ill also add if they are that stuck you'll probably end up needing new bushings too. I would go with whitelines.

I received & installed the octagon & bolt set on my '97 Taco 4WD then torqued the nut that should fit under the steering rack. The bolt is protruding much further thru the nut than was shown in your installation (both below). The steering rack is still out but I don't see it working with the bolt protruding that far. The bolts I received are approx. 5 1/2" OAL. Are these bolts the correct length for the 1st gen Taco?

Oh my God I sent you the wrong bolts

I can send you the right ones or you can cut them as it sits (you don't need to remove them) and I'll refund you the cost of bolts for your troubles.

Just send me the correct length bolts. No sweat. Did I ruin the nuts running them down that far?

And no, the nuts will be fine but a new set will be shipped with the bolts.

Any Idea if these fit on a Fabtech Drop Bracket? What is shipping time? Thread is TLDR. Sorry in advance if you answered this already.

EDIT: I'll take some measurements of the Fabtech alignment stops vs the factory and post up this evening. Incase this is unknown.

Good question. If they fit the OEM alignment cams then I would imagine ours would fit just fine but yeah, take some measurements! I'm curious as well.

Well I found the correct bolts, I accidentally packaged them with a full kit I shipped out last week. That customer had us install the kit and when I opened the box there were your correct bolts! I'll get them repackaged today and shipped 1st thing in the morning.

What's ironic is I bought an organizer last week because knowing myself I would do something like this. Maybe I'll organize everything this afternoon....

    Toyota stops (mm): 54.21, 54.32, 54.22, 53.92

    Fabtech stops (mm): 54.35, 54.35, 54.32, 54.16

I'd say these are the same size. I'd like to order a set. What is expected shipping time.

Looks like the same size to me.

If you order right now they will ship tomorrow. I usually package orders on Sunday evenings.

I don’t even mess around it they are seized. Cut them out and spend the money and get new OEM LCA’s and antisieze the new parts.

I’ve had to cut 6 arms off of various Toyotas.

The adjuster cams are hardened steel, so they don’t cut very easy with a sawzall, but you can grind the nubs down and bend the frame tabs out, and squeeze the arms out, and then rig the arms up in a press and press the old bushings out. By that time I’ve wasted too much time and sawzall blades, and I just replace the arms.

This is all good advice. I probably go through 1-2 sawzall blades per side. I try to avoid bending the tabs but sometimes it's unavoidable.

Just picked up $1000 worth of bolts for all the outstanding orders we have. We got a lot of extra bolts too so hopefully we will finally have a surplus of kits ready to go. You guy's are awesome, thanks for the support!
