    Tried slab bacon on a cookie rack yesterday. In the oven, @ 400*F. Came out kinda nice.
    Some edges curled and burned a little, was drier than cooking it flat on a piece of parchment paper.
    Bacon does not last very long once cooked. Keep thinking that BLTs would be so good.

    Yeah, I do cook it on a cookie sheet with parchment paper underneath. Just tried putting them on a cookie cooling rack the with the parchment paper and cookie sheet under it.
    Didn't know if there was anything else out there that may be interesting to use.
