Got this yesterday. Now to find a place to mount it... Or just shove it in the toolbox.

 

1/15/2020 Added two Memphis 10's @500w and my TWSS Kicker door speakers.

 

How does it sound?

 

Tremendous. The sound is really crisp and clean, and the bass hits pretty hard, but doesn't overwhelm any of the rest of the music.

Oh, man, this is a night and day game changer. The Kicker door speakers sound so good, and the bass from the 10s is a thing of beauty.

If we can get @Daria and @Sandman614 to somehow slip your name in my stocking for next year, you'll have a banging setup under your tree!

 

I’ll have mine done by then. I’ve been working on the important things lift, tires, wheels, armor, winch ect. Lol, I not the type of person that wants to sit stuck in the mud listening to my killer stereo flipping my light bars on and off. I have an all Kicker System in my 96’ and it sounds really damn good, it didn’t go in till it was on 35s locked front and rear. I’m hoping your stero breathes new life in your truck and you fall back in love with it and you don’t sell it.

 

It really has. I never fell out of love with my truck, but after wheeling at Windrock and seeing all the SxSs doing stuff I would never consider trying with my DD, I had a moment of weakness.

My intention has always been that my oldest son, now 11, will get this truck as his first vehicle. Will be interesting to see what the other 15-16 year olds are driving then.

 

Did the Bedslide mod today. I got this from @dan0mite a while back and just got around to having Leonard in Greenville install it. They did a bang up job of it, better than I probably would have done.



This thing is super handy for getting to things stored towards the back of the bed, especially if you're a short fuck like me.



Also picked up a couple of these Plano trunks. I was hoping they would stack, but there's not enough room under the rack. Still, though, they fit damn near perfect in the Bedslide and have a lot more capacity than the wally world tubs I am using for gear now.

I got plenty of it. Still can’t drink it haha. Tried the other day and it’s a no go. Who knows when I will be able to stomach the taste again.
