    Starting another week of no drinking. Had a few over the weekend. Think I’m gonna not drink during the week anymore, at least for a little while. My sleep improved and I felt generally better throughout the day. Trying to also eat healthier too. I’ll be living vicariously again through you all this week as you drink the nectar of the gods

    My morning poops have been much better since I started drinking it frequently haha. Plus it tastes pretty good. Even if it’s just a placebo (which I don’t believe it is) I’ll still keep drinking it. Good for the gut.
