    Kolsch: harsh, oversparged.
    Pale: diacetyl and oversparged.
    Almond Brown: delicate, not oversparged to date.
    Hop Riot Imperial Stout: roasty, black patent, hoppy, aged in bourbon and cognac barrels. 12% and not oversparged to date...

    Phil if I owned a brewery I would want it to look like the one in Yuba City! I placed at States in gymnastics in Yuba City back in the day. That place looks really cool. AND they have 2 great tastes that must taste great together. Almond and a Brown brewski. A brewery after my heart.

    I liked it and will end up getting some more as well the Uinta. Hell, maybe a little later even. Wish i had drank it before the Uinta pilsner w/ mango and lime though. The flavor of that one stuck with me for a bit. That Uinta was supa good if ya like a flavorful beer. The Mrs liked them both as well and she generally prefers IPA’s.
