    Not sure yet. My neighbor who I went with and is really into craft beer says they'll taste even better in a week and a half ; something about can shock and time to "settle" a bit. So going to let them sit for a bit, and then see what I'm in the mood for first.

    Think the "shock" he may be referring to is the sediment being stirred around, letting it settle. maybe?

    I haven't heard of "can shock" but I know I've definitely had to let some IPAs, espcially hazys sit for a week. Something about hops being too fresh or something. I have first hand experience with this.
