    I drink plenty of coffee, and fiber foods. And being in Hawaii this week I’ve been eating a poke (omega-3s) every day. I’d say it balances out all the beer I’ve been drinking here :laugh:

    Grab dinner at La Plazuela inside the La Fonda hotel downtown Santa Fe. Go early and grab drinks and appetizers at the rooftop bar. Great views of the city.

    In Taos, hit up Eske's brew pub. They generally have a pretty good beer selection. If staying the night in Taos, grab breakfast at Taos Diner. Be sure to check out the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge and drive the Upper Rim Road south back toward Santa Fe. It's getting to be tarantula migration time! You'll be like WTF are those things I keep seeing crossing the road? Oh shit! They're F'in' spiders!!!

    Also, be sure to grab some breakfast burritos at El Parasol in Espanola.
