Still good. Not as much coffee left in it and not as much of the maple syrup as it had. But not bad either.

Just got back from a trip up in the DC/VA area and came home with too much beer (according to the wife). There are a ton of great breweries up there (Aslin, Triple Crossing, Veil to name a few). Here is my haul from that trip along with some beer mail that was on the porch when we got home.

I see lot's of Aslin!!!! I am local to the DC/NoVa area and Aslin is my go to! Hopefully you also visited Ocelot, Crooked Run, Vanish and Adroit Theory while in the Northern Va area. Great as well!

Yeah we hit several places up there. Was not impressed with Ocelot tbh. Crooked Run was amazing and I brought back several 4 packs of their stuff. Wanted to hit Adroit but it was a little too far out for the time we were in the area. I was able to get a couple of their bottles from a total wine in the area. We got there stuff a year or so ago and enjoyed it.

Wow - not many people say they aren't impressed w Ocelot. Interesting. Aslin is my favorite with Crooked Run and Adoit a close second... Vanish is really good too! In full disclosure though, I haven't been to ocelot in over a year... maybe some things have changed? Definitely an impressive haul from Aslin! I can never seem to leave there without spending $200 :spending::frusty:

What did you get from Crooked?

Edit: Yea, Adroit is out there... so is Vanish! Worth the drive next time though if you can make it.

Ocelot was ok I did snag a coconut porter in cans but that was the only thing I was impressed with. The atmosphere at Ocelot was pretty cool though. They had Halloween lights draped on the ceiling which added a pretty cool vibe to the place.

We were able to snap cans of I'm a Crepe and Raspberry Empress both amazing sours. Had a very interesting IPA Milkshake You and I that the wife really enjoyed.

No such thing as too much beer! May be interested in trading for some of your fresh picks up if you want since we didn’t get the last time to work out

Had this a BWW yesterday and it was great! Started looking for it at a store to buy some and its not available yet. After some research i found its only being offered in few select restaurants in my area. Pretty bummed.

Couple pick ups tonight. Super pumped Melvin is now in AZ. Our distro here has improved leaps and bounds in the last 18 months. When i first started really enjoying craft i found myself either trading or driving to CA to get decent stuff.
