Love me some Singlecut

 

Just realized this is my last beer in the house! ....it's a good one at least, local brewery!

 

That’s one of my wife’s favorites. The proceeds from demo tape 19 went to my sister-in-law’s non-profit.

 

Went to an authentic Itialian restaurant (with Mexican staff of course) in a Chicago suburb and had the following:

Menabrea Ambrata (basically an Amber Peroni)


Revolution Oktoberfest Lager


Then came home and had a night cap with my wife.
On the left: Door County Brewing- Pallet Jack Cruiser IPA
On the right: Milwaukee Brewing- Hop Freak Double IPA

Name is a little much, but damn this is good!

Starts off with the sweetness of maple and coconut, then comes in with the bourbon and pepper heat with a bit more coconut aftertaste.

 

Thought I posted these from the weekend, but guess I didn’t...

Local bottle shop released a case of last year’s CBS... $10 markup, which I was kind of pissed about because they are usually really good about keeping suggested pricing. Either way, that was a nice little Saturday night surprise.



Atlanta Brewing Company Hype Whale Variant - Banana and Peanut Butter Pancake bourbon stout. I didn’t get much banana or peanut butter, but it was a pretty good BBA Stout.



Wild Leap Brewing released their Alpha Abstraction V.3 and I did a little blind side x side comparison with V.2. Both very very good, but I preferred v.2. I think it had a little sweeter citrusy flavor to it.

Went awesome with the grilled Bbq ribs.

Spotted cow goes with anything. You can’t go wrong with what ever you pair it with.

This is on my must do whenever I get to the area...

Every taproom/bottle shop I visit I check to see if I can get some closer to me and I’m striking out so far.

You should encourage them to distribute to Sonora or I’d even take Modesto.

 

I'm always going into Sierras and sometimes thru Sonora... next time I'm running that way Ill throw a few 4packs in ARB fridge for you and we can meet up or I can give you coordinates of Truck and you can grab them out of the fridge.... Trail Angel style..
Also they finished expanding Salinas with more tanks... and I've seen them spreading out to more local Liquor stores but they always run out when I go in for some.

And if you really really want some bad...PM me style and address and I will see what I can do

Just picked up some new goodies to try.

Lunch time run to the store.

Nod Hill is the next town over, and wasn't distributing but guess they are now. It's a limited seasonal ipa.

Always heard good stuff about Singlecut, so got these to try.

The Flight Risk and Doobious are also from CT, Derby to be exact, and I've never seen them. I think they are a fairly new brewery, I think. Got nothing to lose so picked them up to try.

And Thomas Hooker is also CT, from Bloomfield. Never heard or seen it, so trying it out as well.

 

That's a beautiful sight!!! I'm boring, just got this.. I'm not disappointed

I'm sure as hell not gonna drink all of that in one night, that's for sure.

One a night, if that. So I'm sure what I just picked up will last me for a while. Especially the Nod Hill since I got a 4 pack of that.

 

I need to travel!!! You guys are killing me! Here's what's in the beer fridge.. could be worse
