Had to read up on the Kentucky Common. Do you use the Krausening method? Looks to be an interesting step. But then I don't brew so a lot this wows me.

It's one of those long lost brews you don't see too often these days. No krausening on mine; I just kegged it with CO2 and called it good.

Smoked a pork butt the other night, which yielded a shit-ton of pulled pork...

    20181020_171158.jpg

Which brings us to dinner tonight: pulled pork tacos with homemade pico de gallo and cilantro lime rice. Washing it down with my caramel apple cider...

Me and the boy out drinking. He’s such a lightweight.

He apparently likes the Mexican lagers. As for me I like em hazy.

East coast, 1PM patriots/bears game had started and was already 7-0 when I tuned in. Sounds a wee bit judge-y.

Honestly man. Slightly disappointed in ya. It's quite literally a Sunday morning stout, and you have the audacity to crack it open after noon, which by all accounts is after the morning and in blatant disregard for the written instructions clearly printed on the label for the plebeian morning beverage connoisseurs.
    Blasphemy!

But seriously though, I'm gonna open a campfire stout while hanging out in my living room.

I’ve had a s’more stout but forget who makes it.
Jack’s Abbey makes a graham Cracker Barrel aged porter as well as a PB&J with hints of raspberry, also barrel aged. Both very drinkable.

Has anyone here been to Treehouse in the winter? I'm curious if the line is any shorter when it's cold, or if people just show up prepared to stand outside for an hour.
