    Barrel project beer #2. 10% imperial stout aged in an old monster's park barrel from Modern Times, second post brewery use, aged about 4-5 months. Pulled about 10 gallons out and treated 2.5 gallons with cinnamon, cacao nibs and chipotles soaked in vodka.
