    I just bought a bottle of three philosophers yesterday. Haven't had it before but It scored 94 points on beeradvocate so I'm sure it's pretty good. I've had the Hennepin, Rare Vos, and Abbey Ale and they're all really good.

    Thats what i've been hearing. I got a $25 gift card to Total Wine from my work party on Friday so I went and picked up some nicer stuff that I wouldn't usually buy (aka $12 for a single bottle of beer.. lol)

    Same here. My dad and I have been planning to get up to their brewery for a tour one weekend since it's only about 2 hours away, just hasn't happened yet.

    I do. But I don't think I could take that whole bottle down by myself. It's full flavor and it almost has me full after a half glass. Not complaining about the 11% though. :D

    Yea, it's pretty good. Definitely a sipper and not a quick drinker for me though.. It was a little harsher than a lot of other Belgian Quadrupels that I've had, but still pretty good. I guess that's why it got a 94 from beer advocate :thumbsup:

    Noice. That's one delicious brew! What do you do to save it if you don't finish the whole quart in a night? I usually like just one or two drinks in a night and I had that over at my girlfriend's where there wasn't anyone to help me finish it, so I ended up just putting a bit of plastic wrap around the top and it kinda worked. It was pretty flat two days later when I was over there again. Still delicious, though, and I wasn't complaining after a day of running around shopping!

    And how's the health stuff going? Still sneaking with this bad boy or do you have the all-clear for beer??
