Not what I usually go for but I was intrigued, I figured it might taste like Tequila

Rude awakening from - Old Schoolhouse Brewery located in Winthrop, WA. GD that's a tasting beverage. Just got back into the PHX toting one of their SS growlers. It's a good thing I have fam there. I'll be sending scotch, they'll send me beer. A fair trade.

Found out a guy around the corner got into homebrewing about 6 months ago. I gave him a sample of one of my staple beers, a hoppy English Mild. He gave me one of his beers as an exchange.

Damn it! I've been brewing for about 5 years now and I don't think I've made one this good. I swear he took the label off of a Lagunitas IPA.

Drinking on my Live Oak Hefe clone today. I'm not sure how many I have; but I know I have a ways to go.

Have you tried Wailua Wheat from Kona Brewery? Brewed with passionfruit too, not bad but not m favorite from them. Mana Wheat from Maui Brewing is made with pineapple juice and is pretty damn good...all Maui beers I've had have been good though.

Was at the OC Fair this weekend, and tried a Goose Island IPA for the first time. Not bad.

Goose Island is pretty good but a little too malty for me.

Coconut Stout from Kona brewing has got to be the best stout I have had. It was in a can too. Go figure. I had it when I was in San Diego a couple years ago at stone brewery.

Did some Double Daddy the other night. I love that stuff. First introduced to it in a pony keg and I wasn't sure what to expect from the bottle. Well worth it.
