    One week and a day after my first brew day I racked my Hefeweizen to my secondary fermenter. I didn’t taste it, but it certainly smells like a Hefeweizen. Lots of banana and a bit of spice. I probably ruined it by racking to secondary as the auto siphon got quite a bit of air in the tube somehow, but we shall see.
