    It’s a lotta liquid. I think I did 80oz of the 117oz I’m supposed to drink. My body isn’t quite ready for 117oz of water a day when it’s used to I dunno, 10oz maybe lol

    I used to not drink water...it takes adjusting to and even mixing in other products. I drink Zip Fizz (as I am a caffeine-aholic, it has "natural" caffeine in it, and I despise coffee), you could go with those Mio drop in flavor things. I usually now drink 90-100 ounces of water on an average day, instead of Dr. Pepper, obviously a better life choice.

    And, yes, beer is "mostly" water, but I do not include it in my daily tracking intake of H2O.

    I don’t mind drinking plain old water. I just don’t pay attention to my intake and I usually don’t feel thirsty so I don’t drink water. But I’m trying to get back in to better shape and know I need to start drinking a lot more water to do so. I might grab some of those mio drops though. I drink coffee every morning though, love the stuff haha. Either make an espresso based drink or just a pour over, which makes me have to piss even more :laugh: I very rarely drink any sodas anyway, I cut those out about 6 years ago.
