    I keep a nalgene on my desk and refill it 2-3 times a day usually. Water at our office sucks so i go through a lot of mio/mio energy. I try to have a good 12-20oz in the morning on my way to the train and then maybe another 10-20 at home before bed, but i love water.

    I'm using my Blender Bottle. It's got the measurements on it and I just got this app to remind me to drink water and you record how much you do and all that so it helps. I just go downstairs and fill up at the fridge haha. Fresh, filtered water on tap! :laugh: Maybe if I get some of those mio drops I'll be more inclined to sip on it instead of slamming down 6-10 oz every hour when the notification goes off.

    I just never really drank anything throughout the day. I need a reminder to do so otherwise I go all day without any water and then drink beers as soon as 5pm hits!
