Damn... That episode of GOT deserved another beer!

Terrapin may have sold out to Miller a while back, but this is one of the best beers I’ve had from them in a long time!

Beerista, a barrel-aged cold brew coffee stout! A blend of 2 batches of their already great Wake-n-Bake stout - One aged in bourbon barrels and the other brewed with heavy dose of lactose sugar!

And to top it off, $10 for a 4 pack of tall boys made it a great deal!!!

Not a bad beer. Just too sweet for me.

It was really good. This one might be Bissell's best beer.

This and the other milk porter from them were two I never ventured into because I thought the same. Too much candy like descriptors. If the sugar isn’t alcohol, something went wrong...

I'm fond of Oskar Blues and Adelbert's. OB usually has some tap room exclusives.

We are hoping to get around with Uber. It’s a quick low key trip. I’m not even sure where my wife booked our room. That might narrow down my choices some.

I’ll look for Jester though, maybe at a taproom?

I'm not sure how distributed their stuff is, they're pretty niche farmhouse-style sours and spontaneous stuff. My favorite bit of my trip was there, but it's a good 30+ min drive. we spent a few hours there, the grounds are awesome.

Rainey street was fun. Bangers has the best tap list in town that I saw, 100+ beers of all kinds, crazy popular, busy brunch with live music. Down the street is craft pride, which had a much smaller and so-so tap list, lot more laid back. The street in general has a lot going on though.

I was in Austin,TX.recently but unfortunately it was only for a 24hr period so i didn’t get the opportunity to go to any breweries.Guess that’s a fail on my part, hehe!

I highly suggest though to get your grub on here!8F687556-505F-4E1E-84B9-BDEF5EBBB0E7.jpg 6E69894C-F7CD-4715-9010-39FA319ECA7E.jpg

Yeah, it’s not “$4 fuck yeah” beer.

But yes, blood orange, and $4 fuck yeah!
