    Yup...over fermentation possibly even in the can. Had a couple cases of a certain New Belgium seasonal years ago. The year it came out, I couldn't find enough of it. The next year I was prepared and bought 3 or 4 cases and cool stored them in the basement until they could be sent into the fridge. After about a case or so, they started being foamy, to the point of opening it over the kitchen sink, and trying to get as much as I could into a glass...wait for it to subside, and pour a little more...to the point of loss of beverage enjoyment. Contacted their QC manager, and she said it over-fermented, and nothing could be done. Poured out the last 2 cases, and they gave me a little something for my troubles (not 2 cases worth of something though).
