I started brewing w mosaic 2 years ago when it first came out. So great! This year my brew shop said it was all bought up and unavailable for rest of year. Commercial guys took it all I guess. Would love to grow that one.

I just picked up a case of 12 22oz bottles.
    Only 19.99 :D

    MMMM, Day-Umm, quite tasty.
Want to try their coffee porter next!

So far as freshness, although fresh is better I was under the impression IPA's last better than many beers.

I'll see what he has left when I go back up there on Sat. :D
They had some, but not like tons. :(

The rep said they wanted to blast out as many as possible now because sales of the heavy darks drop like a rock as soon as the weather warms, especially in 22oz bottles.

You have to be pretty Brit to knock back a 70 degree beer on a 90 degree day. :)

I've said it before, I'll say it again. That's my favorite ipa. First time I ever had it was at the GABF in Denver, 2001. It was about 5 more years before Dogfish Head was sold in NC.
