    Of all lagers, dark Mexican lagers might be my favorite. I still enjoy a good Modelo with some Mexican food.

    I haven't' been to Green Cheek since it was Valiant. S till miss that Marshmallow Quantarium. Very interested in hearing how Brewery X is.

    Never went to Valiant. Think it closed its doors before I moved back from Hawaii. Cheek is great though, probably my favorite OC brewery.

    It's this HUGE warehouse that has generated a lot of hype. I had been told it was a cluster of a bunch of brewers, but I checked their website and it's not that. But, they have guys that have worked for The Bruery, Karl Straus, Pizza Port, and some other really solid places. @crackils said he went last night too so you can ask him. It's pretty much just been this huge ass facility though that has had an "opening soon" type thing going on for the last year + or so. So, we'll see what happens! I'll snap some pics of the place and post up later.

    I was a bit skeptical of a dry hopped Pilsner but it’s now high on my list of beers to brew.

    Brewery X is pretty dope! The tasting room inside is small. Quite small. The patio / beer garden area is really open though and nice. Beers so far are solid. We did a flight to get one of everything.
