    I couldn’t take it any longer and cracked open a Punkin’ Butt. It’s been in the bottle 11 days today. This is my best brew yet for sure. The spices are still a bit strong, but I believe they will mellow as the beer ages. I am pumped for this beer.

    Also not pictured, I made Alton Brown’s Egg Nog this evening. It will sit in quart jars for a couple months to age.

    It’s hard to pass on Pliny unless you always have it around. Otherwise, I’d probably give that Hazy IPA a go. Anderson Valley makes some solid Gose as well.

    On my front, I just finished up a Destihl Sour that was Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Now I'm onto a Surly Rocket Surgery Hazy Ale.
