    After being in a bottle a little over a week, I decided to try a one of my pale ales. They might be just a tad over carbed so I went ahead and through them in the fridge. Other than that, this is my best beer yet. Not quite a bitter bite like an IPA but plenty of cascade aroma from the generous dry hop. Only thing I would change is the color should probably be a shade darker.

    I believe I’ll call it Bucket or Pail? Pale Ale in honor of a nomenclature war we have going at work.

    Big fan of this brewery. Their IPAs are excellent but their cream ale is probably my favorite. They don’t distribute the cream ale yet so I’ll enjoy this one in the mean time. :cheers:
