Great aroma (pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon) which correlates with the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy making the abv 8.6% an easy drinking brew.

How many days do you like to give it in the keg before turning it down and pouring your first?

They're usually carbonated in 24-48 hours. This one I cold crashed while backfilling with CO2 at the end of fermentation, so it was pretty much fully carbonated at 24 hours in the keg due to taking in CO2 during the crash. Once kegged, I'll taste it daily, maybe a full pour, maybe just a few ounces. It's very good now but still has some clearing to do. Another 3-4 weeks and it will be awesome. Perfectly drinkable right now, though.

The more I brew and the more I read stuff like this, I keep getting closer and closer to wanting a keg set up. But of course, that comes with a snow ball effect of needing bigger equipment to brew larger batches because it’s not worth kegging 1 gallon batches.
