Big congrats! First one? I’ve made it 6 months with my first and it’s true when people say there’s nothing like it.

There are not enough of those on the market. A semi-local brewery does one as a seasonal in the winter and it is excellent, but that’s about the only offering I can get around here.

I agree. This is a seasonal. Black IPAs were all over until this haze craze.

My wife just happened to be at the brewery today and pick a few of these up. Last year I waited until they showed up on the shelves and they ended up being a few months old. Way better fresh.

My first “kegged” beer. After sitting in the fermenter for over a month, I racked my Imperial Stout to a cheap 1 gallon mini keg yesterday morning. I thought maybe this long at 30 psi would get it carbed, but it needs a little longer. The aroma is roasty and chocolate, but the flavor is a bit flat. Not sure if it’s due to the low carb or not. I will continue to monitor the taste. Hoping to be drinkable in a couple weeks for our “Friendsgiving”.

My mom came to town and made us some food, so we just heated it up and we're eating. It was good to be home and eating in our own house again. In other news, I bought a pair of the new yeti stouts, s'mores and Mexican chocolate. When my stepdad came down with my mom he grabbed the Mexican chocolate out of the fridge and helped himself :annoyed: But he saw the look on my face when he told me and went and got me another haha

Yup! First one, definitely a wild ride so far, but it's great.

Popped one of these with dinner, it's good but you taste all of the 19%. Still good, but not my favorite from the pack, which I was planning on it being my fav, oh well. I forgot to get the wife anything in preparation of being back on the liquor so she was forced into my passionfruit sour.

Gamecraft’s beers are so good but their staff is so fucking bad. Me and the girl both ordered half pours and got full pours. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but we were only getting 2 halves and driving home. second bad staffing experience in a row here. Just don’t know if I can come here again.
