    Out with the misses last night enjoying some local brews at an local eatery.
    First up was a double/imperial IPA from Ingenious Brewing, their Double Splat. Kinda was expecting more from a double.

    Next a solid IPA from Deep Ellum Brewing, the Manic Confidence.

    My wife's pick of the night an Imperial Stout from Ingenious Brewing, the Cowboy Cookie. All the goodness of a stout with the aroma of cookie dough.

    And my surprise of the evening was a Sour from Martin House Brewing, Miss Marmalade. Almost overpowering aroma of Tangerine.

    I like KBS a little better because of that. If you think CBS is sweet and have never tried Goose Island BCBS.. better prepare yourself!

    it’s just a stair tread that I plan to throw some polyurethane on.

    Using Doug Fisher folding brackets. Same guy I got my top shelf from. I’d highly recommend them if you want a front shelf.
