    I had a taster there and that was all I wanted. I just hate that sabro hop. I’ve had maybe 3 beers with it and all have been bad. And 2 of them were from beachwood so I know it’s not a bad brewer.

    Been doing a lot of drinking lately, but havent taken pictures or posted. Went to our favorite local bar/restaurant to support them in these tough times. Got lunch to go, (4) 6 packs of Brewery X Slap and Tickle and had a couple beers outside while we waited. Kinda odd, but it was good to have food from one of our favorite bars again. Brewed a batch and a half of a hazyish pale using Simcoe/Amarillo and the Omega Topical IPA yeast for my FIL and I.

    Gawd dayum! I've been drinking through my cellar as well. Whole lot of #FuckItOnQuarantine bottles haha.

    In other news, the Pale I made yesterday is going off right now. I used some harvested slurry form a batch 2 months ago and it's ROCKIN. Literally looks like it's boiling inside the fermentors. This strain likes to be warm (recommended 70-85!) so it's on the dining room table smelling up the house nicely haha.
