    Just got done bottling my Monk’s Beer and my cherry dubbel. Both samples were excellent. The dubbel could’ve used a bit more cherries, but I think it will be good.

    This is my Sunday and I have to work for the next 10 days due to an outage so I woke up early and got a brew day in.

    I brewed up a Carolina Lager, named for the Carolina grown Pilsner malt I used. Should be nice and crispy by the time the weather gets nice and hot.
