Wild barrel is right down the street from me, I am a fan of their beers. Cool to see them out your way.

Hey brewing folks. Am I reading this calculator right. I entered that I wanted 2.0 volumes of CO2 and it comes to .79 in the beer. Is that how it works?
Figured it's time for me to start learning.

Had this yesterday. Not as weird as I thought it would be. Pretty refreshing for an IPA.20200502_140155.jpg

That .79 is residual co2 from fermentation. I never really paid much attention to that to be totally honest. Maybe I should?

Heres a link that has a table and some info regarding residual co2. I think I’m going to go read it now myself lol.

Big 14%er from one of my recent Burial orders to cap off my son’s first birthday. We didn’t exactly get to celebrate how we wanted, but we made the best of it.

It was a damn good day. It was one of those days where you don't take very many pictures because your having so much fun. We had a total of 16 people in our float group. It was a nice first float of the season.
A big ass Dos Equis and some Mexican food to top it off.

Couple different ones from the local breweries. The mango and jalapeño one had great flavor (didn’t taste mango) but had too much spice to it. I don’t really want a spicy drink with my food. I did enjoy the flavor though.

That double fruit smoothie sour looks awesome, doesn't sound sweet. Always fun what's brewing in other corners of the U.S. that you don't get in your own state.
